Dalia upma is a variation of south Indian Semolina upma, made using Broken Wheat or Dalia / Daliya / Dhaliya. It's a nutritious, healthier alternative to the regular semolina or Rava upma.
It Consists of Dalia, Lot of vegetables and a little Seasoning or spice.
