The European Stadium of Culture (Wschod Kultury) is one of the most interesting music festivals in Poland. The festival is organized by the National Center for Culture Poland since 2011 in three Polish cities: Rzeszów, Lublin and Białystok. The idea behind the project is to strengthen cooperation between the Eastern Partnership countires and discover uniqueness in each culture. The project presents the cultural heritage of the countires of East-Central Europe and Transcaucasia.

The Festival is organized thanks to the involvement of local governments in eastern Poland and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland.
