This one caught us by surprise because we had not used it sine the original purchase and we wanted to do a positive review. As it turns out, the Glide Gear Dev Dolly is the biggest piece of crap that money can buy.

I have never seen a negative review on this dolly and I think it is because the people buying it do not know what a good dolly is like.

In fact one of the reviews on glidegear.net, the company's website, has it propped over some cheap craftsman plastic saw horses. So we have to believe that Glide Gears buyers are not professional film makers.

There is really no other way to explain how so many people think it is a good product. It made so much noise, you could not possibly use it. The stability was nonexistent and the wheels are total trash. In fact that is where we put ours after the review, in the dumpster.

Mr Dog poop said it was not worth the space it was taking up.

But he did tell us we could use the track to make 4' and 8' frames for scrims, so that will be an upcoming project on out DIY flags and scrims section.
