S Corps are required to pay out their owners in two different ways: a "reasonable salary" and owner's distributions. The "reasonable salary" must be paid out via a payroll provider like Gusto.

This payroll provider will take care of all of the legal reporting and tax filing. As a result, you simply press the "run payroll" button and the software takes care of the rest.
