Dave describes how to encourage students and be accountable for supporting them. Dave currently oversees operations of Dayton Early College Academy's three campuses, and has previously served as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal at DECA as well. He earned with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from Cedarville University and completed the program for Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School.
