Adobe Photoshop is meant to be used for preparing images for print and there is no way to automatically include crop and bleed when creating PDF files to send out to a printer.
Adding crop marks and bleed manually to your Photoshop artwork is easy, and in this tutorial you will learn how to increase the size of the canvas before adding the marks.

If you would like a program that includes crop and bleeds automatically from the settings, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign will do this.
