INGREDIENTS
Sela Rice 1.5 kg wash well soak for 3 hours
Beef meat 1.5 OR 2kg
Chickpeas 200 GM soak for 8-10 hours
Kishmish (Raisins) 200 gm
Step 1== Beef boiling
Add beef in pressure cooker
1.5 tbspn Garlic / 2 litre water /
Salt 2 tspn / coriander 1 tbspn /
turmeric 1/2 tbspn
Boil for 20-25 minutes or Cook until the meat is soft
Step 2== cook chickpeas until soft
Timing 15 mint pressure cooker, 1 hour in normal pot..
Step 3== in karahi add 3 tbspn Ghee-Oil half little chopped onion add boiled beef and 1 tbspn our homemade pulao masala link see on down 👇cook only 2 minutes..
Step 4== add 300gm ghee,oil 4 medium onions after brown add boiled chickpeas after 3 minutes add Kishmish raisins and after 2 minutes add beef stock water + normal water total 2.25 litre 2 tbspn homemade pulao masala add soaked Rice add 2 tbspn Salt as par Taste and mix cook for 10-15 minutes until water dry .. And now add boiled beef and 1 tbspn homemade pulao masala and full cover with cloth and cook on very low flame for 30-40 minutes..
And yummy Peshawari Beef Pulao is ready
