We made a general project with 4 sets of injection molding toolings, for a small printer in a supermarket. All of the tools have bee approved for production, and we have run serval batches of small-run production before.

In the video, it’s an internal plastic component. It’s including a rounding wheel with teeth, and also a shaft. The same 2 components can be assembled together as a mechanical transforming shaft.

The part material is common engineering resin ABS. The part surface is average smooth.

The quantity needs are agile. Our customer would place 100-250 offs in each production most of the time. But in the video, it’s a 500-pieces low-volume production.

One colleague is operation the injection machine, and cutting the gate during of 2 injection molding cycles The other colleague sitting is fine turning the flashes and packing the parts with polybag.
