1. The sample should be well mixed. MES and the WHO Manual for Semen Analysis recommend aspirating and discharging the sample 10 times with a wide bore transfer pipette to ensure proper mixing. ALL Viscous, Thick, Clumpy, and Banded samples should be treated with the QwikCheck Liqefecation Kit prior to analysis to ensure even sperm distribution. And...
