This is a short review of the Gold's Gym XR 5.9 Slant Bench. This multi-position bench is adjustable to incline, decline, or flat. This is a solid budget bench for home or office workouts. Some things to consider:
-If you are tall, Gold's Gym XR 5.9 Slant Bench is a little short. I am about 6'4 and when I am using the bench flat, my shoulders are almost off the bench.
-The seat is permanently angled which can be uncomfortable when using the bench in the flat position.
