lovelies, I'm back with a new series Inner Beauty TV's! this first video is about: how to recognize the ego, when it's in survival mode.

the ego can be divided into four archetypes of survival: the saboteur, the victim, the inner (wounded) child, and the prostitute.

it can be very helpful to recognize when these archetypes play out in your personality. so you can see them for what they are: an archetype, a pattern that is playing out - not the real you. with the light of your awareness, you can take back control over these patterns (which may be very strong).

I'm addressing the basics of these archetypes and how to work with them in this video. let me know if it's something that interests you, and maybe I'll make more in-depth videos about this!
