The Perforin Granzyme Pathway is a series of immune reactions driven by Cytotoxic T-Cell in Infected/Cancerous cells with which the target cell is finally eliminated.This process initiates a process called Apoptosis by which programmed cell death occurs.This is different from FAS Pathway in way that it does not require any ligand to kick start a reaction that is why Perforin Granzyme Pathway is called Intrinsic pathway for Apoptosis.The whole mechanism has been shown in this video and i hope you will learn from this.
