Dolby Vision and Atmos are the gold standard for audio and video. Dolby Vision is the most premium format of meta-data which in a nutshell, enables for true cinematic esque quality and now it'll be available even more so with Xbox through different streaming apps AS WELL AS games coming out.
As for Dolby Atmos, that allows for true immersive surround sound. There's not much else to it. This is what will allow you to get the most out of your console but it would have to be paired with a tv AND soundbar that supports those features. Tv's such as the Sony 900 model and quite a few from LG.
LG's un8500 series, their nano85 and above, as well as their oleds. Soundbars such as Sony's Z9F, a few 'q' soundbars from Samsung, and the SN8 or above from LG.
Gaming and content consumption has never been better than when paired with an LG tv and soundbar however due to them also supporting eARC, 2.1, Dolby, and some tv's even having FreeSync support.
