In Namibia, German charity Skate-Aid has built a skate park on the National Institute for Special Education campus. Here, young learners with disabilities can practice a sport, Skate-Aid says, that encourages empowerment, socializing and fun. Vitalio Angula reports from Windhoek, Namibia.
