Today we look at the Harbor Freight Bauer BandSaw and see what it can do. This is the 10 amp Variable Speed Bauer Band Saw available from Harbor Freight. I show you how to assemble and install the blade on the Bauer BandSaw and then we do some cutting. I'll show you different ways you can set up and mount this saw. I'll also show you a very easy and inexpensive way (free) to mount it so you can start using the band saw right away. This is a very versatile saw that is flexible in the way you can use it. It can be used as a hand held portable bandsaw or Portaband and can be used in the field or you can mount it and use it and use it as a bench top bandsaw. Either way I'll show you all the ways you can use this saw. If you can't afford a Dewalt Bandsaw or a Milwaukee bandsaw, this may be a good alternative going with the Harbor Freight Bauer Bandsaw.
