Tamara is an employee of a private gallery who is accused of stealing jewelry belonging to the famous collector Dubrovsky. The owner of the expensive baubles, filled with righteous anger, after talking to Tamara, soon realizes that she is more a victim of a scam than an artful villain. Moreover, Dubrovsky falls in love with the snatcher, and she reciprocates. But on the way to happiness, as usual, there will be obstacles: the owner of the gallery, on whose favour the woman depends in some
way, has long been hopelessly in love with Tamara, and Dubrovsky has a wife, and she, naturally, is not delighted with the situation.
