Case 68 : FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS:
PLAX view is showing a large muscular defect, confirmed by color doppler imaging. Right ventricle is dilated and hypokinetic and the direction of shunt is predominantly from right to left as indicated by spectral doppler (CW) imaging through the defect.
