Selamat mendengarkan, Fempress!

[ENG] Sexual assault is something that should never be normalized, the victim-blaming that comes with it should also be abolished. Many victims of this horrendous term has been known to be afraid to speak up regarding their experiences, thinking that they don’t have a choice, especially in the workplace. However, that is definitely not the only option that is out there.
On today’s podcast, called “Combating Sexual Harassment in the Workplace,” we are privileged to be accompanied by Fiana Dwiyanti, the Head of Social Change at Never Okay Project, an anonymous platform that serves as a safe space for victims of sexual assault in the workplace. Fiana will be sharing her tips on what to do if an undesired situation like such happens, as well as giving out her thoughts on what we can do to prevent it.
