Old School RuneScape (OSRS), ecto-tokens are used primarily to access the Ectofuntus, a bone grinding and Prayer training area located in Port Phasmatys. To obtain ecto-tokens, you'll need to follow these steps:

Travel to Port Phasmatys: Port Phasmatys is a town located in the northwestern part of the swamps in Morytania. You can reach it by various means, including using the Ectophial teleport (if you have unlocked it), traveling by boat from Port Sarim to Port Phasmatys for a fee, or using the fairy ring network (code: ALQ).

Enter the Ectofuntus: Once you're in Port Phasmatys, head to the Ectofuntus building, which is located in the southern part of the town. It's a large building with a windmill on top.

Grind Bones: Inside the Ectofuntus building, you'll find a bone grinder. Use bones on the bone grinder to grind them into bonemeal, which is used in the Ectofuntus's Prayer training method. Each bone ground grants you a certain number of ecto-tokens, depending on the type of bone.

Collect Ecto-tokens: After grinding bones, speak to one of the Ghost Disciples located near the Ectofuntus to exchange your bonemeal for ecto-tokens. The amount of ecto-tokens you receive depends on the type of bone you ground.
