This is a small effort to help the community of future/present surgeons embarking upon the task of giving MRCS exam. I did it in September 2020, cleared it in first attempt and by God's grace got the highest marks, however it was not the target, it was by product of efforts. So after that many people are asking how to clear this exam in first attempt, and I love to help others gain this confidence that they can do it in first attempt, no matter what is their current status of knowledge.
