These wigs are crispy and Spicy with a hint of sweetness , there is no messy fry with tons of oil

Preheat the oven 450° an bake the wigs for 40 minutes

Ingredients:-

1 lb of chicken wings
1/3 cup of olive oil
2 tsp of salt
1 ts ground ginger
1 ts ground garlic
1 ts of ground mustard
1 ts of soya sauce
2 ts of honey
4 ts of hot sauce ( your choice of flavors )

This can served 6 people
