So here's the not-so-random Random Ramblings. After seeing a video of the Vaccinator's uber building so slowly compared to the stock's, I had to test it out for myself and figure out why that was a thing that happened. This is the results of my testing. I certainly hope this is, at the very least, informative to the people who did not know the full extent of the Vaccinator change.
