For this weeks episode, I wanted to talk about how to dispo patients in the Emergency Department.
The ER is a place where we figure out where patients need to go, after initial resuscitative measures, of course.
How sick are they? Are they going into emergency surgery? Can they be discharged? Do they need to be admitted?
Today I wanted to talk about certain tricks of the trade that can help you dispo patients which you find in that grey area (between discharge and admission).
