2NE1 was my first Girl Group I closely followed. It was really fun to make (although training models isn't very fun, lol). Also random note but I trained my models with 2NE1 songs, so these are their younger voices...

I felt this suited 2NE1 well because they had experimented with sounds, but also had songs that were not just fun, but also songs that had great meaning to them.

Long story short, I would have had this uploaded a week or 2 ago, but my dog chewed my studio headphone cable and I was waiting to recieve my new one from Japan to check the levels and further try improve the mix. Unfortunately, Amazon sent my cable to another city for pickup and I had to RE-ORDER. I couldn't wait 2 more weeks to share, so I apologize in advance for any harshness. I tried to cross check between my speakers and my airpods, but my gosh are they terrible quality, lol. Hoping it's not too shrill, cause I know I equalized some bits a little much. Ah well.
When it comes to line distributions I try to take into account how each member sounds doing those parts and how the group I am using distributes their lines. I would have had Bom doing more of the bridge, or most of the chorus (where is the love), but those bits screamed CL to me... and as any Blackjack would know CL did do more than just rap, she did a lot of the power vocals as well.
