Stirfried Dried Anchovies | 멸치 볶음
Ingredients:
1 cup small dried anchovies
1 tbsp red chili paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp sesame oil
cooking oil
1. Lower heat a pan then put some oil.
2. Stir fry anchovies for one minute. Remove the anchovies from the center of the pan then put the sugar, garlic, chili paste, water. Mix until the sauce thickens slightly then mix together the anchovies.
3. Keep on stirring for one minute then put sesame oil and sesame seeds.
4. Serve
