⚡️Two Hand Clean to Squat⚡️
When it comes to combinations of movements with kettlebells there are tons of them, I’d almost say endless. But one that you should absolutely dial in and work on progressing, especially if you’re a beginner, is this one.
This movement works the entire posterior chain and legs (even some shoulders and chest) and is great for building explosive strength and power. The carry over to real world movement and to other more advanced kettlebell moves is amazing. Also if you’re newer to kettlebell training it’s very easy to progress to heavier weight in a short amount of time. ⏰
One of my favorite rep schemes for this move is 5x5/6 and done as heavy as you can handle with good form. So grab yourself a bell and get to it! 🔥
