Texas now has the most restrictive ban on abortions in the country, outlawing the procedure after six weeks. Cecile Richards, a former president of Planned Parenthood and co-chair of the American Bridge 21st Century political action committee, joined CBSN's Tanya Rivero with her reaction to the new law.
