Richard was at the UK launch of the Fujifilm X-T3. The new mirrorless camera replaces the X-T2 at the top of Fujifilm's X-T range and it features a new 26.1-million-pixel sensor, and a new processing system.
The new processor and the read speed of the sensor enable a lot of powerful new specifications and features. The camera is now capable of shooting blackout free bursts at up to 30fps, and has 425 phase detection AF points.
Then there is video - 4K 10-bit 60fps capture in camera, and 4:2:2 output via the HDMI. Throw in continuous face and eye detection when shooting video and this could be the camera that really launches Fujifilm in to the mirrorless video arena.
And as soon as it is available on 20th September, Hire A Camera will have the Fujifilm X-T3 available for hire, so you can try it out before you buy. See www.hireacamera.com for more information, and thank you to Hire A Camera for sponsoring this video.
