This is my updated phase 3 Enhancement shaman Pre-BIS + BIS Lists. This should cover everything you might need in terms of what is the BIS gear, where to find it as well as massive change to some of the Shaman loot in Sunken Temple. Also big shoutouts to the WoW SOD SIM app developers!
