Do you have Tofu and Egg? Delicious and simple recipe! Healthy tofu recipe!
Ingredients:
Tofu (200g)
Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
Dark soy sauce (1/2 tbsp)
Oyster sauce (1 tbsp)
Water (200ml)
Egg (1)
Onion & garlic
Red chili pepper (optional)
Recipe:
Slice the tofu
In a mixing bowl, mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and water
Heat up a pan in medium heat, add vegetable oil
Add in the tofu and fry for approx. 2 mins
Flip over the tofu and add 1 beaten egg
Add in diced onion & garlic, followed by the sauce mix
Add red chili pepper (optional)
Cover with lid and continue to cook for 5 minutes
