The hardest thing I do is to enhance an already beautiful woman. The best way to do so is with a conservative approach. Here I used small amounts of Juvederm Filler and Botox to create a natural, well-rested look. Many of my black patients are afraid to use filler. They often believe the old adage, "black don't crack." And while melanin is both beautiful and protective regarding UV light, it doesn't protect against sinking and sagging. We do age, just differently and it takes a critical eye and a firm understanding of the mechanics of aging to provide a natural seamless result.
