British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said that his country will send long-range M270 multiple launch rocket systems to Ukraine, which can hit targets at a distance of up to 80 kilometers, CNN reported on June 1.
The minister called the decision "a significant boost to the capabilities of the Ukrainian army" and noted that it was coordinated with the U.S. decision to supply HIMARS MLRS.

“The UK stands with Ukraine and has taken a leading role in supplying its heroic troops with the vital weapons they need to defend their country,” Wallace said.
