I am in Belgrade, Serbia to watch Partizan compete in the Euroleague against Panathinaikos at the Stark Arena. It's the first time Partizan have played in 8 years in the competition and expectation is running high in the city. Even more so now Partizan have just qualified for the Euroleague Basketball Playoffs!
