In this video I will show you how a Pizza Capricciosa is made. What are the right toppings and what should be considered?

At first the pizza should be stretched by hand like the Neapolitan Style is.
Now the pizza will be stuffed as a Margherita.
Tomato Sauce, Parmesan, Basil, Mozzarella For di Latte
But then we add all the other toppings:
- Prosciutto Cotto (ham)
- Mushrooms
- Artichokes
- Black Olives
Of course, you could change the toppings as you like.
These toppings are not put into their own quarters like on a Quattro Stagioni (4 Seasons) but they will be spread over the whole pizza on the Capricciosa.
Then some Olive Oil and its time for baking.
