Friday June 22, 2018, chef, activist, and Slow Food Vice President Alice waters received an honorary degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. We talked with Waters about the importance of food and taste in various aspects of life, from education to politics and the environment. She spoke of Slow Food’s unique role in the “delicious revolution” that is “bringing people back to their senses.”
