Which role the European Union is playing within the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo? As Donika Emini, executive director at CiviKos Platform and member of the Balkan in European Policy Advisory Group (BiEPAG), explains it, the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo can only succeed in with political support of the EU member states. The French presidency of the EU Council could give an opportunity to reinforce the EU integration process in the Western Balkan countries.
Donika Emini is interviewed by Florent Marciacq, co-director of the Balkans' Observatory at the Fondation Jean-Jaurès.
