This patient was admitted from the emergency room with bowel obstruction and taken to the operating room emergently. In the operating room I found that he had a large amount of unchewed vegetables including of cauliflower, broccoli, apples, kale etc. were present in the small bowel causing complete blockage. This was the content I took out after I opened the small bowel and removed everything. Patient did very well after the surgery and went home after 5 days.

This is a suggestion from me if you like to eat vegetables and salad please eat in moderation, do not eat in one time, make sure you chew it very well, cutting in small pieces otherwise it can block your interesting and you may end up in emergency surgery.
