Try these stretches to get the body moving before and after feeding to release the tension and get mama feeling better.

***Don’t forget to check your feeding posture***:
✅bring baby to YOU (use pillows to prior them up)
✅relax the shoulders
✅avoid staring down (I know it’s hard not to focus on tour cute little babe, so take some breaks and look up 😉)
✅prop your feet up with a stool
✅use a pillow behind your low back for extra support
