The Basic Teachers' Union of Zambia - BETUZ says it has received complaints from some teachers in some District that the Human Resource Officers are not handling administrative matters accordingly.
Union General Secretary, Stanley Sinkala cites cases of transfers on exchange basis, wrong salary cuts and responsibility allowances.
Mr. Sinkala explains that such issues must be handled easily and the union does not expect human resource officers to complicate matters for Teachers.
He said this when he handed over office furniture worth 15 thousand kwacha at the District Education Board Secretary - DEBs in Chilanga district.
