Sub_Octavian recently posted on reddit that the Shimakaze Type93 mod3 and F3 torps might be getting a buff in 0.6.4, getting a 1.7km conceal on mod3 and 1.8km on F3. As I saw the confusion this announcement was greeted with I decided to make this video, hoping to explain the impact this value has and what this patch would mean for the Shima.
