Japanese Imo Yokan is a traditional Japanese dessert made from sweet potatoes and agar-agar, a plant-based gelatin.
You can get a lot of sweet potatoes in autumn, so we have so many recipes to enjoy, and this is the simplest and most delicious recipe!

5.5 x 4.3 x 1.9 inches (140 x 110 x 47mm）
2 medium sweet potatoes (330〜350g)
50g(1.75oz) sugar
a pinch of salt
2 g agar-agar (Kanten)
1/2 cup water (120ml)
