Amanda Mooneyham, who is profoundly deaf, has employed technology, lip reading and interpreters to take full advantage of her medical education. Now in her fourth year at UC Davis School of Medicine, she also recently completed a master's degree in public health plans a career in family medicine. Here she updates her experience.
