Child devouring a giant rat in fallout new vegas... I can't make this stuff up! this npc encounter is one of the most hilariously surprising in new vegas, if you have the wild wasteland perk you will gain access to a few extra random moments in the game, so I suggest choosing that perk when starting a new save! I feel like new vegas needed way more npc encounters or dialogue moments like fallout 3 had, but the game is still amazing and I love it!
