Brouilly is the southern Crus from the Beaujolais and one of the largest. The terroir is a mix between those pink granite stone and limestone substrate.
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Fermentation takes place inthermoregulated tanks for 25 days. After racking and awaiting aperiod of 3 to 4 months on lies, the wine is filtrated and kept instainless steel tank up to the bottling.
Soil: Pink Granite, limestone, schist, and volcanic stones
