Timurid faction has two elephant units already, elephant arquebusiers and artillery in MTW2. This unit elephant rocketeers are normally not available for them neither in campaign nor in custom battle. But, with a few "export_descr_unit" folder change, I made it usable in custom battles.
I have no idea if this unit was smth historical or not but I made this video for showing how funny and strange they were in good old Medieval 2 Total War.
If you want to experiment them in custom battles, you should unpack MTW2, open file I mentioned above, find that unit "Elephant Rocketeer"s part, delete no_custom battle, add factions available Timurids.
