Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said those parties which wish to defeat the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha should join hands with his party. In an exclusive interview for India Today, Yadav said the BJP-led NDA will be defeated in the election by "PDA", which he defined as the "Pichde (backward classes), Dalit and Alpasankhyak (minorities)".
