In a presentation setting: Their eyes glaze over and they check their emails.
1️ First, ALWAYS start with your end goal in mind. Get crystal clear on what that is.
When you’re not clear, your audience isn’t clear.
When your audience isn’t clear, they open Slack to chat with friends.
Second, ALWAYS know the action you want your audience to take.
When you’re vague, your audience is unmoved.
When your audience is unmoved, they move on to scrolling TikTok.
