Recipe ingredients list :
1. Rice ingredients :
Water - 5 or 6 cups
Rinsed rice - 1 cup
Oil - 1 Tbsp
2. Manchurian Balls ingredients :
Finely chopped Cabbage - 1 cup
Finely chopped Carrot - 1/3 cup
Finely chopped capsicum - 2 Tbsp
Finely chopped Ginger - 1 Tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
Green chilli paste -1 Tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 Tsp
Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Dark soya sauce - 1 Tbsp
Plain flour / Maida - 1/3 Cup
Corn flour/starch - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/2 Tsp (As per taste)
Chinese salt - 1/8 Tsp (Optional)
Oil - for deep frying
3. Manchurian Fried Rice ingredients :
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 Tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
Shredded cabbage - 1 cup
Green beans - 1/4 cup
Carrot julienne - 1/4 cup
Green capsicum - 1/4 cup
Hot green chilli sauce - 1/4 Tsp (Balance spice level as per taste)
Red chilli sauce - 1 Tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 Tbsp
Dark soya sauce - 2 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Maggi Seasoning - few drops
Chinese salt - 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
Add fried Manchurian balls
Add cooked and cooled rice
Salt - 1 Tsp
