I needed a sheet metal brake to fix some windows around the house. Since a reasonable price metal brake could be found in local store, it gave me an excuse to build one. Also, as a challenge I decided not to use a welder to make this metal bender. Which makes it much easier to break down and store in the shop when it isn't being used.
