You mentioned that you had a past injury and it was about a year and a half ago and it's still bothering you and you're wondering if it could have been a fracture or not. Really, there is no way to tell for sure unless you're checked out by a doctor. If it's still causing you pain I would recommend that you get it checked out because then the doctor can decide if any other further treatment is necessary.
